EDUCATOR COACHING AND TRAINING
to ensure children have great teachers
National studies have shown that teacher quality is seen as the most important variable affecting student achievement, even more so than demographic factors. Understanding this, The Learning Alliance, in partnership with the School District of Indian River County, celebrates educators and provides them with resources to ensure that the science of reading is taught effectively in every K-3 classroom.
Did you know that effective teaching can generate impact at four times the rate of ineffective teaching?
With this understanding, TLA provides additional support and resources to ensure effective teaching occurs in every classroom.
