AUGUST MEETING RECAP:
Our August 25, 2021 MCAN meeting was indeed a special time to reconnect and recenter as we continue this transformational work!We were treated to a celebration (complete with prizes) and healing session led by TedX speaker and former IRSC professor, Dr. Katie Nall. Dr. Nall walked us through several stress-relieving techniques, and has a special offer for MCAN members who are interested in learning more techniques.
